ZettaCubes (“we”, “us”) operates zettacubes.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
Who we are

What we collect and why
Waitlist registration. When you join the waitlist we collect your first name, email address and, optionally, your country and area of interest. We use this to send you product news and launch updates. The submission is delivered to our team mailbox; you can unsubscribe or ask to be removed at any time.
Contact form. When you contact us we collect your name, email address, message and, optionally, company and topic. We use this only to handle your inquiry.
Member accounts and code submissions. If you have a member account, we store your account details and the puzzle codes you submit, linked to your account, so we can validate and attribute them.
Technical data. Like most websites we process IP addresses and browser information in server logs and for spam protection. Member form pages use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which processes technical data under Google’s privacy policy. Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers.
Analytics. We use standard WordPress analytics tooling to understand aggregate site traffic. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
We process waitlist and contact data based on your consent, given via the checkbox when you submit a form. Technical and security processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
How long we keep data
Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry. Account data is kept while your account exists.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. Form submissions are delivered by email to the ZettaCubes team. Technical providers (hosting, spam protection, reCAPTCHA, fonts) process data on our behalf or under their own policies as described above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Sweden: IMY). Email admin@zettacubes.com and we will respond promptly.
